Return Policy:

Eligibility for Returns:
Only non-food products are eligible for returns.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at heytuesday@gmail.com within the specified time frame.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
Return Authorization:
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is eligible.
The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges for both food and non-food products.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The exchange request must be initiated within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
Initiating an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at heytuesday@gmail.com within the specified time frame.
Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the desired replacement item.
Exchange Authorization:
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number if the exchange is eligible.
The EA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Exchange Shipping:
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item for exchange.
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
Exchange Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
Please allow reasonable time for the exchange process to be completed.
Note:

Hey Tuesday does not accept returns or exchanges for food products due to safety and hygiene reasons.
In case of damaged or defective items, please refer to our separate "Damaged or Defective Items" policy.
